Our rooms are staffed with background-checked volunteers at all times.  Volunteers must be cleared through both criminal and child abuse registries to ensure the safety of your children.  In addition, volunteers undergo year-round training to ensure they are up to date on how best to care for your children.

Every child is assigned a unique number each week that matches their parent’s pick-up label. Volunteers are trained not to release a child unless the parent has a matching pickup label.

This means that if mom has the label and dad comes to pick up the kids, he won’t be able to pick them up. This policy protects kids and ensures each child goes back to the right family member.
