Before the trip Details, there’s some info I’ll need from you:

1)      Confirmation of Availability.

Now that we have a date and time for the outing, please let me know if you will be in attendance on or before July 26.  I will need to submit a squad roster to LVSC on the 27th.  Please respond with the names of all members of your group

2)      Do you have a firearm?

If yes, you may certainly use it, as long as it is a MINIMUM of 24″ barrel (Exceptions will be made for youth and disabled individuals.  Must be approved by RSO or Management.) Recommended barrel length is 26-32″. Pistol grips, collapsible stocks and/or convertible/combo/hybrid semi-auto/pump shotguns are not allowed (standard semi-autos and pumps are fine as long as they meet our other requirements).  Recommended chokes: Cylinder through Improved Modified.  Our loaner guns are choked with cylinder and improved cylinder.  If bringing your own shotgun, you may bring your own ammo.  Shot size is limited to 7.5, 8, 8.5, or 9 shot.

If No, please let us know so that we can set up for a loaner shotgun.  You can rent them as an individual ($14 ) or as a group ($25), up to 6 shooters.  They offer 12 and 20 gauge, and are typically a nice Beretta 686 over-under.  Paperwork for loaners will be filled out on the morning of.   Please note that if you are using a loaner gun, you will need to purchase ammo at LVSC.  Current pricing on shells is 11.45 per box

3)      Do you want to shoot with anyone specific?

I will need to supply LVSC with a squad roster of shooters.  If you would like to shoot with any particular persons from the group, please let me know.

4)      Golf Cart, Push Cart, or Walking?

Theres a few different ways to get around on the course.

–          Golf carts are available for rental ($30, and seats 4),

–          Push carts (like a stroller for your shotgun) ($12, and I believe can accommodate up to 6 players)

5)      LVSC Waiver needs to be completed.

LVSC requires that their waiver be completed prior to playing.  The waiver can be found at https://waiver.smartwaiver.com/w/5e629844c6002/web/.  Please complete this by the time of your response to me on the 26th, it saves an enormous amount of time at check in.

Day of the Event (rain or shine)

1)      Check in time is 8:30 at the front desk.

Please be timely, as LVSC will not begin checking in the group until all members of the party are in attendance.  Also, it is customer appreciation week, so it may be busy.  Reserved items, such as golf carts or loaner guns may be forfeited to the general public in the case of late arrivals.

–          Address of LVSC is 2750 Limestone Street Coplay, PA 18037

–          Travel time is approximately 1 hour from the Quakertown area.

–          Plan to arrive at 8:15 and meet at the front of the clubhouse.

2)      Please bring a valid Photo ID.  You’ll need it for all rentals, and if you are a squad leader.

3)       Event cost on the day of:

A round of 100 clays is 51.00, not including ammo or rental equipment.  As a recap:

–          Ammo is available for $11.45 per box of 25 (subject to change).  4 boxes will be required for a round of 100 clays.

–          Loaner guns $14 individual, $ 25 if sharing with a squad

–          Push carts are available for $12 (reservation recommended)

–          Golf carts are available for $30 (seats 4, reservation recommended).

4)      Safety Items

Safety Glasses are required at all times on the course.  Glasses are available for purchase at LVSC for $12, or bring your own.

Hearing protection is certainly recommended, and is available at the clubhouse free of charge.
